Course Structure

Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting

This module covers fundamental concepts such as ledger management, error identification and rectification, and financial statement preparation. Students also learn about partnership accounting, depreciation, and ratio analysis to assess financial performance effectively.

8 weeks, 6 hours a week

Level 2 Certificate in Cost Accounting

This module provides in-depth training in cost identification, classification, and analysis. Students gain skills in inventory management, overhead cost allocation, and budgetary planning to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.

6 weeks, 6 hours a week

Level 2 Certificate in Business Calculations

This module equips students with essential business math skills, including profit calculations, wage computation, and currency exchange. They also learn about capital changes, sales document preparation, and interest calculation for loans or investments.

Entry Requirement

Age: 16 years old & above
Academic Requirement: No formal entry requirements

Course Completion & Certification

Upon completion and passing the examination, students will be awarded with the Certificates for IAB LCCI Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting (VRQ), IAB LCCI Level 2 Certificate in Cost Accounting (VRQ), and IAB LCCI Level 2 Certificate in Business Calculation (VRQ) by IAB.
Upon successfully completing the three required certificates within a two-year timeframe, students are eligible to apply for the Level 2 Combine Diploma in Bookkeeping and Accounting.

3 hours per lesson, 2 lessons per week
No lessons are conducted during public and school holidays
